Smash MNC was the 2011 April Fools' Day joke by Uber Entertainment. It is a Smash TV parody presented with MNC characters (with Bullseye as the game show host and the Assault as the player character).
The trailer for this hoax was made using a modified version of Sprintz Arena with gameplay recorded from a top-down perspective. It's unlikely that any changes were made how the game was controlled; it is more likely that players experienced the game from the usual third-person view in order to decrease the effort of preparing the trailer.
The platforms that Smash MNC supposedly available on are numerous (and sometimes fake. They include the Virtual Boy, Neo Geo, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and iOS devices. It also says that it supports the Wii U, under the name of "Wii HD", which was a supposed name of the console before its official announcement, and the invented platforms Xbox 720, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo 4DS.
